Order Confirmation & Activation
Once your order has been confirmed and your IPTV account has been successfully activated, we are unable to process returns or refunds. This is because each IPTV account code is unique and personal — it cannot be reassigned or resold to another user.
Undelivered Orders
In the event that we are unable to deliver your order for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. We handle such cases with priority and ensure your money is returned as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Product or Unactivated Account
If you have received an incorrect product or if your account cannot be activated for any reason, we will offer you either a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase via WhatsApp or email at support@sveastream.com.
Technical Issues & Support
If you experience any technical difficulties with the service, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue along with any relevant screenshots. Our support team is available around the clock to assist you with installation and activation. In the rare event that we are unable to resolve the issue, your order may qualify for a refund.

SveaStream offers a complimentary 24-hour trial period upon request. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Payments made in cryptocurrency will be refunded at the equivalent EUR value at the time of the original transaction.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SveaStream subscription at any time without additional fees or questions. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period. You will retain full access to the service until your current plan expires.
