The trial does not renew automatically and does not convert into a paid subscription.

06Acceptable use policy
The service is intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use within your household. The following are strictly prohibited:
Resale, distribution or commercialisation of the service or access credentials.
Using the service for public display (bars, hotels, cafes, etc.).
Using automated tools, bots or scripts to access the service.
Attempting to circumvent security measures, DRM protection or geographic restrictions.
Recording, reproducing or downloading protected content.
Using the service for illegal activity or to infringe the rights of others.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund. SveaStream reserves the right to take legal action.
07Intellectual property
All content available via SveaStream (TV channels, movies, series, audio tracks, subtitles and other audiovisual material) is protected by copyright, trademark rights and other intellectual property rights belonging to the respective content providers.
SveaStream acts as an intermediary and does not directly own the streamed content.
Users may not record, copy, distribute, modify or publicly display any content.
The "SveaStream" trademark, logo and website are the property of SveaStream.
Any claims of copyright infringement should be directed to support@sveastream.com. We comply with applicable intellectual property legislation, including EU Directive 2019/790 on copyright in the Digital Single Market.
08Service availability and SLA
SveaStream strives to maintain 99% uptime per month but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur due to:
Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance via email where possible).
Technical issues with content providers or CDN.
Force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, legislative changes).
Problems with your internet connection, hardware or network (our responsibility is excluded).
In the event of prolonged interruptions caused directly by us (more than 24 hours), you may contact support to discuss compensation in the form of an extension of the subscription period.
09Consumer right of withdrawal
As a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts for digital services, counted from the day the agreement is concluded.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying support@sveastream.com within 14 days.
Upon valid withdrawal, the amount paid is refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
However, the right of withdrawal is LOST when the service is supplied immediately at your request (Art. 16(m) of the Directive) — this is the case when you activate your subscription and start streaming content.
By activating the service during the withdrawal period, you expressly acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.
Mandatory national consumer protection rules in your home country always apply and take precedence over these Terms where required.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations apply to SveaStream's liability:
SveaStream is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
Our total liability to you shall under no circumstances exceed the amount you have paid for the service during the last 3 months.
We are not liable for issues caused by factors beyond our control (your internet connection, hardware, force majeure).
This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be contracted out under mandatory national legislation (e.g. product liability, intent or gross negligence).
11Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any disputes shall in the first instance be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties.
EU consumers may refer disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If negotiation and ODR do not lead to a resolution, disputes may be brought before a competent court in your home country or an English court.
This choice of law does not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory national legislation in your home country.
12Changes, termination and contact
SveaStream reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time without giving a reason.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the ongoing period.
You retain full access to the service until the current plan expires.
Contact: support@sveastream.com · WhatsApp +447933286686 · response within minutes, 24/7.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
