About SveaStream
SveaStream is a digital IPTV service provider based in London, United Kingdom. We provide streaming of live TV channels and VOD content via the internet to private customers across the Nordic countries. By using our services you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use the service.
Service description
SveaStream provides access to live TV channels and VOD content (Video on Demand) via the internet on compatible devices including Smart TV, Android, iOS, Windows, MAG boxes and Amazon Firestick. The service is intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. Resale, distribution or sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Subscription and payment
SveaStream offers subscription plans with various durations and device options. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed via PayPal. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you choose and pay manually for each period. SveaStream reserves the right to change prices with at least 30 days notice. Any price changes will not affect ongoing subscription periods.
Account and access
Once your payment is confirmed your account is activated within 2 minutes and your login credentials are sent to you via WhatsApp or email. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must not share them with third parties. Each subscription plan is limited to the number of devices specified in the plan. SveaStream reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused or used in violation of these terms.
Free trial
SveaStream offers a complimentary 24-hour trial period upon request. The trial provides full access to all channels and VOD content. No credit card or payment information is required to activate the trial. Each user is entitled to one free trial period. Abuse of the trial period including repeated requests may result in access being denied.
Acceptable use
The service is intended for personal household use. It is prohibited to use the service for commercial purposes, resell or distribute access, use automated tools or bots to access the service, attempt to circumvent security measures or DRM protection, record or download protected content without authorisation. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Service availability
SveaStream strives to maintain 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or factors beyond our control. SveaStream is not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet provider, hardware or network connection. In the event of extended interruptions caused by us you may contact our support to discuss compensation.
Intellectual property
All content available via SveaStream including but not limited to TV channels, movies, series and other audiovisual material is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to the respective content providers. SveaStream is an OTT reseller service and does not host or distribute any content directly. Users may not record, reproduce, distribute or modify any protected content.
Limitation of liability
SveaStream is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or other financial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you shall under no circumstances exceed the amount you have paid for the service during the last 3 months. These limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law and contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall in the first instance be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached the competent court shall be an English court.
